I offer nutritional counseling services à la carte or in tandem with laboratory testing and health metrics under the metabolic expertise of Dr. Samara Stevens at Holistic Mental Health in St. Johns, Oregon.

New Patient Appointments: $150 (60 minutes)
Established Patient Appointments: $75.00 per 30-minute session, $100 per 45-minute session
I strive to make nutritional counseling accessible to a wide range of income levels and will work with you to find a sustainable fee with my sliding scale which starts at $40/30 minute session. If I am unable to accommodate your needs I will provide you with other resources and referrals.
Please note: I work in accordance with the requirements of the No Surprise Act and provide Good Faith Estimates for all clients who do not use insurance.
